Consigning with Home to Home is a simple, stress-free way to declutter while earning money from your gently used furniture. We handle everything from pricing and presentation to marketing and sales, so you can enjoy a truly hands-off experience.
With our trusted reputation, curated showroom, and loyal customer base, your pieces are positioned to sell quickly and at fair market value. Our goal is to sell items within 60 days, so you get paid faster and with confidence.
How to Consign With Us
Step 1: Get Your Items Pre-Approved
Before bringing items in, please email photos of the pieces you’d like to consign.

To help us review your items efficiently, please include:
Clear photos from multiple angles
Close-ups of any imperfections
Item details such as age, brand name, and original purchase price
Your phone number
We’ll let you know as soon as possible if your items are a good fit for our showroom.
Step 2: Drop-Off
Once approved, please call us for drop-off instructions. Sorry for any inconvenience, but NO drop-offs without prior approval.
Please bring movers to help unload your items, we cannot offer that service.
If you need pickup service, please call us to schedule a moving service. Home to Home works closely with a vetted third-party moving company.
Our Consignment Terms
Consignment contracts are 90 days
All items reduce 20 percent every 30 days
Sale proceeds are split 50/50 between Home to Home and the consignor
Pricing is determined by Home to Home based on industry experience and current market demand
Home to Home reserves the right to hold sales at any time during the consignment period
Unsold items
Unsold items must be picked up or donated by the 93rd day
Due to volume, we are unable to call when items expire
Unclaimed items become the property of Home to Home
Payments
Checks are issued around the 20th of the month following the sale
Checks may be picked up in store or mailed for a small postage fee
What We Accept on Consignment
To maintain a high-quality, curated showroom, we are selective with the items we accept.
Accepted items must be:
In “like new” condition
Clean and free of pet hair and smoke
Free of significant sun damage, fading, chips, or structural damage
Upholstered items must be approved.
We do not accept:
Mattresses
Antiques
Baby cribs
Bedding
Collectibles
Dishes
